Today was a serious snow day. I mean, Seth was out shoveling for an hour and a half this morning at 5:30am, and then he had to shovel again at 5:00pm. It was a lot of snow. On Seth's way to work, it was crazy. People's tires were spinning and they couldn't even get the traction they needed to turn. So Seth turned around, and came to work from home like the rest of his co-workers. It was wonderful to have Papa at home with us, but hard to leave him alone....
I should have taken a picture of the winter wonderland, but I forgot, so just imagine 2 feet of snow with snow piles around the driveway 4 feet high.
Seth and I are trying to figure out where we'd like to live after MBA school, right now anywhere warm seems like a good idea...
Nevertheless, we are SO thankful to have power and heat and warm water, and a stove and an oven. It is nice to be safe from the frozen tundra outside.
